Which countries are the furthest ahead with mobile technology?

The country leading the charge in mobile technology is South Korea. This is the country where all internet has migrated to broadband. It is world leading in migration to 3G and the first country to broadcast television to mobile devices.

Another upcoming country is Taiwan. Microsoft recently announced it is going to invest 500 million dollar into developing a country wide Wimax infrastructure.
