What is the teacher’s opinion about technology in secondary education?

Teachers tend to be quite eager to use technology in classrooms, but as many have found, the lack of funding is too much at the moment. There are also teachers who do not have the knowledge on how to work with the available technologies. Or if they do have the knowledge, most of the time there is no time available in the existing curriculum to use these technologies extensively or to teach the students on how to work with these technologies.
