I think future web sight can be a medium which creates information by itself as I mentioned in The medium creates the message.. For example, the story called "Train man" was created by anonymous people on the web site. [1] (sorry in Japanese!) This story was not created to be a story originally, but accidentaly it became nice and dramatic conversation, then even published as a book. This shows that web site as electric media can be a creator.
