Who is eligible to receive the laptop?

OLPC has stated clearly that the eligible recipients of the laptops are children and teachers in developing countries whose government have partnered with OLPC.
Distributions in developed countries depend on the decisions by those developed countries, not OLPC. However it is worth noted that OLPC's priority is developing countries although it does not preclude any countries to participate.
