The 2008-2010 budget is geared toward improving the standards of living of the population, fulfilling all obligations to the citizens, supporting strategic and innovative industries, ensuring safety and security, and generating the potential for stable national development.47% to 52% of budget is spent on the quality of life from 2008 to 2010.
