You'll be shackled down, only your right arm will be free. Inside is a hell hole containing 15 shields. You must unthread the shields, place them into the rack and then use a magnet to get them into your collection area."
Ant added: 'The first celebrity to get all fifteen shields in the collection area will win the trial and they will be set free from their trap. This is a Trial, so you won't be alone down there.'

It's a deep tissue massage!'
Towards the end of the trial, Naughty Boy adopted Snoochie's technique, repeating to the rats: 'I love you, too,' as they climbed over him.

I'm happy to go back and say I did it. Obviously last time missed out at the last hurdle. I'm very happy about that.'
Naughty Boy said of his loss: 'I'm not looking forward to telling them. We're in The Clink as well. All I can say is I gave my best." He added: "Sometimes your best isn't good enough.'
Help me! Ant and Dec introduced the challenge, saying to the stars and aides: 'Wardens, close the traps please...

Very best of luck, start when you hear the klaxon'

The Saturdays star, 32, didn't have too many complaints as football legend David opted to strip off his top before he was dunked underwater.
Frankie elated: 'So David decided to go topless, which for me was such a bizarre moment.

I've not properly met him yet... I think Wayne will be quite pleased that there were bars in between David and I in our shower.'

Loving it: The girls yelled 'girl power' as they got hyped for the trial
Named Don't Waste it, the challenge saw a tank full of liquid with a plate of biscuits above it, which the celebrities had the chance to win for their camp.
Explaining the challenge, Frankie read from a scroll: 'On the sound of the klaxon the tank will start to drain and the level of the liquid waste will start to fall.

However, one of you will be locked in the cage underneath and must use the bucket to catch as much water as you can. Your partner must then take the bucket up the stairs and replenish the tank.
The aim of the game is to keep the level of the liquid above the line.
The first pair to allow their waste to touch the line will lose and their biscuits will be destroyed. Good luck!'

She told her camp mates of the challenge that saw David showcase his muscles: 'It was like me and David were in a shower together.
I was like, "Give the viewers what they want David." I looked over at one point and I said, "You look like you're in a spa or something." He was so chilled.'
Meanwhile, back in The Clink Richard Madeley attempted to comfort Naughty Boy and David saying: 'It sounds like you got silver!

Against an Olympian!'

'My time here is done': Naughty Boy's morale was badly bruised after loosing a challenge and a trial in one day as he threatened to leave the competition altogether
Richard asked: 'Listen, because we love having you with us, would you not at least sleep on it?' but Naughty Boy replied that he could never join Main Camp after how they'd treated him
Naughty Boy told his campmates in The Clink: 'Honestly guys, I tried my best...  I do think my time here is done.

I had a feeling earlier and I was thinking about mum...
'Obviously I love you guys - I don't think after knowing what the Main Camp probably knew what they were putting me through knowing I did the challenge earlier - I don't know if I could ever join that camp.'
Richard asked: 'Listen, because we love having you with us, would you not at least sleep on it?'
Yet, the music star maintained: 'This isn't a random big decision… I've tried my best both times today.

I just can't go from here into that Main Camp… I can't fake that. I'm sorry.
'One thing I'll tell you before you guys go into the Main Camp, as much as they say they love us, they love you… there is no love. When you guys go to the Main Camp, they're the reason why I left.'
Worries: Arlene Phillips also considered leaving the show having broken down earlier in the day at the thought of her daughter watching and worrying about her on the gruelling programme
Arlene Phillips also considered leaving the show having broken down earlier in the day at the thought of her daughter watching and worrying about her on the gruelling programme.
She told Naughty Boy: 'I was quite worried in the night [that] my daughter would see this and she'd worry and not know that I'm actually OK.'
Naughty Boy replied: "You're the reason we're all trying to be better as well. Let me give you a hug, you've got nothing to worry about. You've made me feel like I've got someone here."
But when her friend revealed his thoughts of leaving Arlene admitted: 'I feel exactly the same.

For me, I was hoping that I was going to come out of here stronger and proud but it hasn't started in the right way.'
However, towards the end of the show, Ant and Dec confirmed that the pair have joined the Main Camp rather than leaving the show for now.

In the main camp, spirits were higher as the celebrities were treated to a feast of beef strips in honour of Snoochie's victory in the underground trial.
Earlier that day, it was clear the stars were growing closer as they bonded over stories of how they rose to fame.
Kadenna opened up about being diagnosed with MS after becoming a runner from a young age as she told her campmates: 'I was a runner from a young age.

2014, when I had my stroke and was diagnosed with MS, I couldn't run. I just kept falling over, my balance was so bad.
'There was just the wattbike in the gym, I'd sit on the wattbike in the gym because it was stationary and I couldn't really fall anywhere.
And then someone was like, "Your power's pretty decent."
'Spoke to British Cycling and they were like, ‘We think you'd be great at this.' 23 [I was when I had my stroke]. Four months later I had an MS relapse and they were like, "Your brain's doing some weird stuff."'
She added: 'When you're an athlete, you're so goal driven, targets.

So when I was in hospital, I was like, "I need something to get me through." Trying to get back into the sport was like, "Ok, this is my goal."

In the Telegraph Frankie said: 'We all definitely find Kadeena inspirational. Going through everything she's been through and still doing amazingly and achieving the things she wants to achieve.

Her diagnosis just hasn't held her back at all. She seems like she takes everything in your stride.'
Meanwhile, Kadeena added of her experience: 'I always talk about my condition to allow people to get an understanding.

It's not very well known. I think these guys have made me feel so comfortable that I can just share some of the more personal stuff. As much as it's tough, I wouldn't have changed it and it's given me opportunities I wouldn't have had.'
And Matty Lee later detailed his admitation, saying: 'She can empower other people with MS.

They can look up to someone who has done some of the best things that you can do in sport. It's truly amazing.'
Inspired: Matty Lee said of his campmates bravery: 'She can empower other people with MS.

Speaking about getting into music Frankie said: 'It feels so inadequate when people are winning goal medals.
When I was 12 I just went for an audition [for S Club Juniors].
'It was a big open audition on CBBC. So me and Rochelle Humes, now, went and people were practicing their songs in the queue. I hadn't even decided what I was going to sing and we both ended up getting in. We used to go to the same dance school together when we were like 9 and it's gone from there.'
She added: 'I felt like I'd peaked already - now what am I meant to do with the rest of my life.

Then I got a phone call about The Saturdays. And that was that. Ended up being lucky to be in two successful groups.'
Asked by Matty if it got intense being in a band Frankie said: 'It does, but in the same way it does with brothers and sisters.

Genuinely we never had big rows and I think that's why we never officially broke up.'

Intimate: The Saturdays star was mostly in high spirits as she joked to Louise Minchin that she needed to change her pants
Despite the rustic conditions in the I'm A Celeb castle, Frankie has appeared in high spirits for most of the show.
The singer laughed to Louise Minchin: 'I've still got yesterday's knickers on. Maybe I'll do a knicker change then… I've got five [pairs].
'I've got a pair on, a dirty pair that I walked in… they smell great though guys!

I sprayed them with loads of perfume. You can have a whiff whenever you want.'
In the Telegraph Frankie admitted: 'I think in the Castle we feel like we've been here forever. So I feel like the conversations we're having are conversations we'd normally have with friends you've known for 10 years or whatever.'
