Description

The word library is set to fade from our vocabulary - but not because we've fallen out of love with books. Will there be an library in the future if all the books are electronically available trough a website on the Internet in an instance. No more hassle about the fact that a book is already lend to someone else and no more need to set aside a book because of the fact that the book is not available, the digital library has unlimited amounts of each book. Are all the books freely available or do we still need to pay some fee in order to read the books from the library.

Enablers

  • You don’t have to go to the library anymore (faster)
  • Preservation of the books
  • Costs are much less
