Enablers: Because everbody want to recieve value for there intellectual property people are eager to defend his/her own "work". It's a about the money & fame. "Intellectual Property will be motivated by the economic realities of the information revolution where information is a value-added activity, which means everyone can profit by making every fact patented. It is definitely a money making business." [2]

Inhibitors: More opensource program that allows sharing of knowledge.

Paradigms: Every knowledge you create could be valueble for money.
