Inhibitors:

1. Low average world level of experience and people knowledge of advanced ICT.
2. Low ICT penetration in developing countries.

Paradigm "Internet is only one way communication tool" shifted to "two and many ways of interacting"

Paradigm of the "Network effect" and "Collective Intelligence". Contribution by many people at the same time to one thing makes it more sophisticated and well developed as well as efficiency increasing.
