Climate Change as a push for urgent innovation <br>
With the ever increasing levels of greenhouse gases emissions, the calls for alternatives to the products causing such emissions through innovative technology to make energy consumption more efficient is ever-growing.<br>
The Copenhagen Conference of 2009, was supposed to be the summit that where a global consensus would be instituted, addressing climate change concerns amongst nations and companies
With a view to establishing actions steps that would take place immediately. Unfortunately, the existence of self-serving interests and the dominance of powerful corporatist megastructures amongst other reasons, made it impossible to arrive at that consensus.<br>
The 2009 scandal, where climatologists of the East Anglia University falsified data to discredit non-believers of the reasons behind the climate change has also seen a recent growth in scepticism over the existence of such changes itself.<br>
