From these data we can see that the spending on media has kept increasing since 1998 and the spending on TV also increased. We also found that the percentage of spending on TV of the whole spending on media decreased year by year. I think there are maybe two reasons. The first is the maturity of TV technology and the decreasing price of TV set and TV service. The second reason maybe is the large emerging new media technologies and their high price.
