Comparing with other technologies, the advangages of Wibro are;
- Optimized for and backwards compatible with fixed stations
> it's the superiority comparing with WCDMA, WiMAX, WiFi and CDMA because the compatibility with WiMAX is itself that most operators wanst.
- Packet-oriented architecture
> WCDMA and CDMA is not packet services, these are the service with the curcuit-oriented networks. For the data services, Wibro is superior.
