Since virutal office is merely a organizational form of office facilities and services, in this way, its hierachical structure should be in line with its host companies or organizations. Furtheremore, the ad hoc feature of the company may also influence it hierarchical structure and thus influence its virtual office structure. For example, comparing with traditional companies, in high tech information companies, the hierarchical structure might be more flat. And in order to derive the advantage from virual office, the hierarchical structure may change as well.
