Description: Convergence of Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment and Technology. The Convergence of Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment and Technology has made internet become an multi-functional platform

[edit]Enablers: - Save cost: companies in these areas tend to integrate as they can share cost in certain perspectives such as acquisition cost of customer

- technology improvement: the invention of so-many middlewars can seamlessly bring the three parts together. Realplayer is a good sample.

- Globaliztion: such convergence is also driven by globalization.

[edit]Inhibitors: - Law; - government may object to such convergence as it may create monopoly. Microsoft is a good sample.;

[edit]Paradigms: People will think differently, of course. Before convergence people think seperately, that is, what and why. After convergence people will think how instead of what and why.

[edit]Experts: Sources for additional information about this driving force.
