In the same time companies learned about the necessity of a more organized innovation process (2015). Nowadays the companies focus more than ever on the implementation side of innovations and less on the supply side of new ideas. Because new ideas come from everywhere. Digital tools allow companies to easily filter the valuable ones from the less valuable. Having the gold idea is not the competitive advantage anymore. Given the transparency in opportunities there are plenty of new entrepreneurs who also want to grab consumers' money. They also link creating tinier, more elastic networks. Smaller and bigger networks compete for being the fastest on the market. Companies learned since 2015 about the necessity of a more organized innovation process. For this reason, at this point, they focus more than ever on the implementation side of innovations and less on the supply side of new ideas. Because new ideas come from everywhere.
